Occasional malfunctions in the electronic health questionnaire
Today, 3 December, the electronic health questionnaire for blood donation has experienced occasional malfunctions. We are investigating the cause of the issue. During the disruption, a paper health questionnaire will be used at the donation site if needed.
You may try filling in the questionnaire again after a short while. It can also be completed just before your donation or on-site at the donation location. If necessary, a paper questionnaire will be used as usual. So you can come to donate blood normally at your reserved time!
