Service interruption in the electronic health questionnaire and the Stem Cell Registry application form on 15 December, between 8:00 and 10:00
The electronic health questionnaire and the Stem Cell Registry application form will be unavailable on Monday, 15 December 2025, between 8:00 and 10:00 due to an application update.
You can also complete the health questionnaire just before your donation or on-site at the blood donation centre. If needed, the paper version of the health questionnaire will be used at donation locations, as before. You can therefore come to your blood donation appointment as scheduled!
