Blood donors’ health questionnaire unavailable 9.2.-10.2.
There will be a maintenance break affecting the health questionnaire and the Stem Cell Registry joining form starting on Monday 9 Feb at 21:30pm. The break is estimated to last until Tuesday morning 10 Feb, approximately until 09:00am. Due to this, it will not be possible to complete the health questionnaire for blood donors or the Stem Cell Registry joining form.
The health questionnaire is normally completed before donating blood, but due to the maintenance break this is not possible. The joining form for the Stem Cell Registry is also temporarily unavailable.
The maintenance break does not affect blood donation, so you can come to donate blood as usual at your booked time. If the break lasts longer than expected, a paper version of the health questionnaire will be filled in at the donation site if needed.
