The health questionnaire will have a short service interruption in the morning on June 15 due to maintenance.
The service interruption is estimated to last approximately from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. If the interruption lasts longer, a paper version of the health questionnaire can be completed at donation sites if necessary.
