Temporary interruption in the blood donor health questionnaire on Monday, 21 September
The blood donor health questionnaire will be unavailable on Monday, 21 September, approximately between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. due to an application update.
The health questionnaire can also be completed just before your donation or on site. You can therefore attend your scheduled blood donation appointment as planned.
