Health questionnaire and Mobile app technical fault fixed – Services back online

On Tuesday afternoon, July 22, 2025, there was a technical fault in the electronic health questionnaire and mobile app for blood donors, which prevented the services from working. The disruption was caused by a technical fault in the server connections and was fixed during the evening. Services are now working normally again.

Blood donation activities are prepared for technical disruptions. Blood donation must always be possible, even when there are problems with digital connections. As a result, paper forms were introduced at blood service units for the duration of the disruption.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption. The disruption prolonged the blood donation process for many people, and some blood donors could not give blood. We would like to thank the donors and staff for their patience during the disruption.
