Unable to log in to the app

Veripalvelu uses the Signicat authentication service in the app to verify the user’s identity. If the app freezes after entering your bank credentials and you cannot proceed, it is likely due to a maintenance break that is not related to Veripalvelu. We recommend trying again later or later the same day.

If you are a Säästöpankki customer and the identification does not work in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you have reinstalled the identification app if you have changed phones. This particularly applies to Android users. Similar issues have not been reported for iOS users.
  2. You can find more information and instructions on Säästöpankki’s website (in Finnish).
  3. If you have identification credentials from another bank, try using them for identification.

If the identification still does not work, please contact us again, and we will investigate the matter further.

Please contact us at luovuttajansovellus@veripalvelu.fi. Also, let us know which phone model you are using (Apple/Android) and your phone’s operating system version (e.g., iOS 16.2 or Android 10.0). This will help us investigate the issue further.
