Cyprus
During the period 29 June to 30 November, a stay of more than 20 hours in Cyprus results in a 28-day deferral period from blood donation. The deferral does not apply to plasma donation.
This donation restriction is due to the West Nile virus transmission season, and the deferral period is calculated from the date of return to Finland.
At other times of the year, travel to Cyprus does not result in any specific restriction on blood donation.
