Electronic health questionnaire out of service 21st–24th November
The electronic health questionnaire will be unavailable due to maintenance starting on Friday, 21st November at 7:00 PM. The maintenance break is estimated to last until Monday morning, 24th November. During the break, the electronic questionnaire cannot be completed over the weekend.
If the maintenance continues longer than expected on Monday, a paper health questionnaire will be used at donation sites.
You can therefore come to donate blood at your booked time as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
