By taxi to blood donation
Gather a group together and come conveniently by ride to donate! The Blood Service will pay for the taxi ride for those coming to donate.
Requirements
- At least four people must come by taxi to donate. We recommend booking a separate time for each donation so we can serve you smoothly.
- The travel distance is a maximum of 20 km / direction.
Here’s how you can use the taxi benefit
- You can order a taxi yourself to a location that suits you. You can use any taxi that accepts the taxi card as a payment method.
- When you arrive at the donation site, check in at the blood donation reception and inform them that you have arrived by taxi. You will receive a taxi card from the donation point reception, which you can use to pay for the inbound journey.
- When you leave the donation site, you will receive another taxi card to use as a payment method.
- We use the Taksikuutio taxi card.
